Fares are calculated upfront based on distance and estimated time. There are no surge charges or hidden fees - you see the exact price before booking.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, digital wallets, and cash payments. You can easily switch between payment methods in the app.

Can I cancel my ride?

Yes, you can cancel within 2 minutes of booking for free. After that, a small cancellation fee may apply to compensate the driver.

How do I track my driver?

Once your ride is confirmed, you can see your driver's location in real-time on the map, along with their estimated arrival time.

What if I leave something in the car?
